Welcome to asinX. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of the asinX service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
asinX is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) market intelligence tool that collects publicly available product identifiers from e-commerce marketplace pages. The service consists of:
asinX processes only publicly visible product identifiers from e-commerce listings. It does not collect personal data, pricing intelligence, reviews, or any content protected behind authentication.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using asinX, you represent that you are using the service for legitimate business purposes such as product research, catalog building, or market analysis.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
asinX offers the following plans:
All prices are in Euros (€) and exclude any applicable taxes. Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew on the same calendar date each month unless canceled before the renewal date. No payment is taken during the free trial period, and the trial does not auto-convert to a paid plan.
You agree to use asinX only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you must not:
asinX provides a technical tool for accessing publicly available data. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of collected data complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of any third-party platforms you interact with.
The asinX software, website, branding, and all related intellectual property are owned by asinX. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for the duration of your subscription.
All third-party trademarks, product names, and company names referenced herein are the property of their respective owners. asinX is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any e-commerce platform or marketplace.
asinX provides data collection on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, asinX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to asinX in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless asinX, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
asinX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of the service. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the website. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts.
